All pre-purchased “Block” hours must be used at a rate of five (5), ten (10), or twenty (20) hours per calendar month, based on the pre-paid package purchased. If fewer than the montly pre-paid hours are used in any given calendar month, the unused hours will be utilized within the first two (2) weeks of the following month to perform routine, preventative maintenance. Any hours of service in excess of purchased pre-paid hours per calendar month will be charged at our standard rates. Pre-purchased hours utilized for after-hours or urgent services will be charged at one and one-half (1.5) hours for each hour worked. There is a minimum of one-half (.5) hour charge for standard service and a minimum of a one (1) hour charge for after-hours or urgent service. Rates are subject to change! However, pre-purchased blocks are not subject to change for the duration of pre-purchased plan.
